10.3 NPC Complaints. If you are not satisfied with jdmax's response to your privacy rights request or believe that jdmax is processing your personal data in violation of the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.
Children & Minors
12.1 The jdmax platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. jdmax does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
12.2 If jdmax becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21 without parental consent and in contravention of PAGCOR's minimum age requirements, jdmax will take immediate steps to delete that information and close the associated Account.
